Who is physiotherapy good for?
My name is Elizabete
and I am a physiotherapist. I studied in Prague, one of the best universities in the world for physiotherapy. I have gained work experience in Prague, in a large hospital with a wide range of patient diagnoses. I have also been an athlete. Movement is close and pleasant to me, I want to share it with others and help everyone who wants to become the best version of themselves, live in freedom of movement without pain. I continue to educate myself every day and look for new methods to be able to help my clients and loved ones more effectively.

We all need to move every day, but we are busy. We need to find time for ourselves and our health. If you have had an accident, are an athlete with repetitive injuries and pain, are postpartum, or simply have a sedentary lifestyle, it is worth attending a guided exercise class with a physiotherapist. Personalized exercises with correction can help you really improve your body in a short period of time, both in its function and well-being.

Through exercises, we can help you together with problems such as:
