Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
- Salt and pepper the fish.
- Place the salmon pieces skin-side down, in a baking dish or tray.
- Cook until done, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Roast the asparagus or make a fresh salad from:
- tomatoes,
- cucumbers,
- greens, celery,
- fresh broccoli,
- hemp oil,
- Himalayan salt,
- pepper, lemon.
