My name is Anastasia, and I am 37 years old. I am a mum of 2 lovely children. Over the last 3 years, I have gained a lot of weight. I don't recognize myself in the mirror. The birth of the 2nd child, family issues, divorce, poor sleep, nerves... I started comfort eating, and eating everything I could, day and night. I've never been skinny, I've been on different diets, I've lost weight and gained it back. But I've never been like this. I kept telling myself that I'd get full and then go on a diet tomorrow, but I was fooling myself. Finally, I realised I couldn't do it on my own. I needed specialists’ help.
I really want to lose weight because I want to be beautiful again. I want to buy fashionable, stylish clothes that I like, not clothes that fit me. I want to look in the mirror and smile at myself. I have shortness of breath because of excess weight, and it's hard to squat or climb stairs. And I have 2 children with whom I love to walk, play, run, jump.... Being overweight makes me tired, causes mood swings and self-loathing. I really want to make things right, start living with a clean slate, have sport in my life. After all, my daughter is an athlete and I want her to have a sporty mum by her side. I understand that I have a long way to go to reach my goal, but I have wonderful people who help me and guide me in the right direction. I mean fitness coach Viktorija and nutritionist Viola. They are not just great professionals, but also wonderful, very beautiful women. Looking at them motivates me and makes me realise that I too can look good and give the best to my body.
I started training with Moveline on February 22nd. The first days were the most difficult, it wasn't easy to change. I started exercising after many years of rest. At first I was sore everywhere, in all the muscles, arms, legs, back, neck… But soon the pain went away. I strictly followed the recommendations of my coach Viktorija. Along with exercise, I began to eat healthy. The nutritionist is always in touch with me, and before eating my breakfast, lunch or dinner, I always discuss it with Viola. I also made a general blood test so that the nutritionist could find the right mix of vitamins and minerals for me. I have lost 5.5 kg in 3 weeks. I feel wonderful, and I am moving forward with a purpose. I don’t starve, I eat a a lot of food, and it is important to keep fluid regimen. Once a week I check my weight and measure my waist, chest and hips. Five kilos isn't much, but I can feel it in my clothes.
I sometimes get a craving for something sweet. Then I drink water with lemon and squat 30 times. It helps me to get rid of bad thoughts. In general, I am very happy to be in the hands of real professionals and to be on the right track!
